Publish the calendar
Name the schedule, add its description and organizer details, then attach published events.
Publish a schedule once and give followers a calendar feed they can subscribe to. Add or change events in Heyattend, and compatible calendar apps receive the current feed when they refresh it.
Community schedule
Example hosted calendar page with an updating event list.
Subscribe once
A subscription calendar is useful when the same audience follows recurring classes, community events, releases, office hours or any schedule that continues to change.
Name the schedule, add its description and organizer details, then attach published events.
Send the hosted page, webcal link or HTTPS ICS feed to the people who want the schedule.
Keep the Heyattend calendar current; subscriber apps request the updated feed on their own refresh schedule.
Standards-based delivery
Heyattend publishes the calendar as an ICS feed. The HTTPS address can be copied into calendar apps that support subscribed calendars, while the webcal link asks a compatible device to open its calendar application.
The feed remains the source of truth. Refresh timing is controlled by the subscriber's calendar app, not by Heyattend.
Single event
Best when a guest needs one independent event. The event is copied into their calendar from a provider link or ICS import.
Generate a one-time event →Changing schedule
Best when followers need a collection of events and should receive future additions or edits through a refreshed feed.
Compare website embeds →A subscription calendar is a published ICS feed containing multiple events. A follower adds the feed to a compatible calendar app once, and that app checks the feed for later event additions and changes.
A provider link or one-time ICS import adds one independent event. A subscription calendar gives the calendar app a feed URL it can refresh to receive a changing schedule.
Not necessarily. Heyattend keeps the feed current, but each calendar application controls when it refreshes subscribed feeds, so an update may take time to appear.
You can share a hosted calendar page, a webcal subscription link or the HTTPS ICS feed. The hosted page also lists upcoming published events.
Yes. Publishing the calendar page, ICS feed, webcal link and calendar embed is included on both Free and Lifetime.
