Any channel

Event landing page

Share one stable URL in social posts, chat or print and keep the event context beside the calendar action.

Provider-ready details

Stop asking guests to retype the event

  • Use explicit timezones for remote and international audiences.
  • Include a venue or online meeting URL in the location field.
  • Keep Apple Calendar interoperable with a standard ICS file.
  • Track provider clicks when links belong to a saved Heyattend event.

Button or widget?

Match the placement to the page

Use a button when your page already explains the event. Use the compact event widget when you want to embed the title, date and actions together in one iframe.

Add to Calendar button FAQ

How does a Heyattend Add to Calendar button work?

A saved event button leads guests to the event and its calendar provider chooser. Guests can add the pre-filled event to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar through ICS, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365 or Yahoo Calendar.

Can I use Add to Calendar links in email?

Yes. Use direct provider links or simple HTML anchors in email. This avoids relying on interactive scripts that many email clients remove.

Can I track Add to Calendar clicks?

Yes. Calendar links from saved Heyattend events pass through a tracked redirect before opening the selected provider or serving the ICS file.

Is the Add to Calendar button free?

Yes. Heyattend currently includes event pages, calendar buttons, provider links and tracked calendar clicks for $0.
